Shanti takes you to her favorite sites on the island, whether it’s for yoga, meditation or a silent walk, you will feel renewed and grounded.
In these sessions we honor Mother Earth and all the elements combining mindfulness, breathing, reflection, rituals, journaling and singing!

Meditation at the Butterfly Farm
Wednesday 7.30-8.15 am
This is a popular session, loved by locals and island visitors.
Sit in a breathtaking garden along with hundreds of tropical butterflies fluttering around. Shanti guides you through a sitting meditation and followed by a walking meditation. A truly serene experience.
